Somerset Finance will design, supply, install and maintain a photo voltaic system (PV System) that will generate solar electrical power to a Connection Point agreed with the client for the duration of the contract Term.

The basic principles are: 

The supply, installation and maintenance of the PV System will be at no cost to the Client.

Somerset Finance will guarantee that a minimum quantity of solar electrical power, expressed in kWh’s, will be delivered to the Connection Point by the PV System for the Term.

 The kWh’s generated by the PV System may be used by the Client and the net effect will be a reduction in the Client’s energy bill. The savings in energy costs shall be the gross savings of which, part shall be paid in consideration of Services offered by Somerset Finance (a “Monthly Fee”) and part shall be retained by the Client as net savings on the Clients energy spend.  1.4.  After each “Assessment Period”, 

Somerset Finance will demonstrate to the reasonable satisfaction of the Client that the guaranteed kWh’s have been generated by the PV System and delivered to the Connection Point.
